Mentivax is a school management software provider based in India. This website is an informational site where schools can learn about Mentivax and get in touch with us.

• Information you give us. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email — or send an enquiry — we receive your name, phone number, email address and whatever details you choose to share about your school.
• Analytics data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which automatically collects standard technical data such as your IP address (typically anonymised), browser and device type, pages viewed and time on site. This is done through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect student records, fee data or any school data through this website. Any data handled during a pilot is governed by a separate agreement made directly with your school.

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange demos or free pilots.
• To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
• To communicate with you about Mentivax, only where you’ve reached out to us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

5. Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers that make our website and communication work — for example Google (Analytics) and WhatsApp/Meta (when you choose to message us). We may also disclose information if required by law. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
