It is your school's own AI assistant. Ask it in plain words, like "Who owes fees in 8 STD for over 60 days?", and follow up just as you would with a colleague. It can prepare actions such as fee reminders in English or Tamil, substitute cover, leave applications, PTM bookings, revision worksheets and report exports, each with an exact preview. It only ever works within the permissions of the person using it, and nothing is sent until a person approves it. Staff can even ask it from WhatsApp.

Yes. We move your data for you: students, fee structure, past bills and receipts from Excel, CSV or your old software, checked row by row. If you prefer, start with the modules your current system lacks and move the rest later.

Mentivax is built for small and medium schools, not big city chains. You don't pay for modules you don't need. Start with just fee management, and add more only when you're ready. We'll work within your budget.

If they can type a WhatsApp message, they can use Mentivax. Type a question like "How much fee is pending for Class 6?" and get the answer. The whole interface can also be switched to Tamil.

We import everything for you: fees, student records, marks, whatever you have. You see every row before it is saved, and any row that cannot be imported is named, never silently dropped. You don't re-type anything.

No. Parents get fee reminders, receipts, absence alerts and circulars on WhatsApp. They open the parent portal in any phone browser with their mobile number and a code sent on WhatsApp. No account to create, no app download needed.

Yes. Staff screens and the parent portal switch between English and Tamil, and fee reminders on WhatsApp can be sent in Tamil.

AI drafts, a person decides. AI helps mark answer sheets, write question papers, lesson plans and report-card remarks, and answer questions about your school's data. Every suggestion is checked before anyone sees it, nothing involving money, marks or families happens without a person's approval, and children's names are removed before anything reaches the AI. Each AI feature can be switched off.

Yes. Each school sees only its own data. Aadhaar numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked, every change is recorded in an audit log, and staff can sign in with two-factor security. Consent and data erasure follow the DPDP Act. It's far safer than an Excel file on one person's laptop.
